Our youngest audience often comes into contact with "classical music" for the first time at the student and apprentice concerts in the Großes Festspielhaus. To ensure that this initial contact is successful and that enthusiasm for music can continue to grow, the Salzburger Kulturvereinigung strives to provide musical quality and a concert experience that is as entertaining as possible for the young people.
The student and apprentice concerts (from age 11) are specially designed for young people and are presented by Elisabeth Fuchs. Over the past 8 years, the Salzburg Cultural Association has done an outstanding job of communicating music with Elisabeth Fuchs and the Philharmonie Salzburg, and has introduced around 35,000 young people to the richness of music. In cooperation with the Salzburg Chamber of Labour, the Salzburg Chamber of Commerce and the support of Würth Austria, it is possible that every year thousands of schoolchildren and apprentices can experience this first - and perhaps decisive - concert visit in the Great Festival Hall.
REGISTRATION
Registrations are possible via the vocational schools/apprenticeship companies
Participation: Apprentices who play an instrument and would like to play in the orchestra in one of the concert's pieces should register with their class teacher.
