This young energetic quartet mustered the courage to translate Schubert's most popular art songs into English, making their beauty accessible to a wide international audience. Translated into a modern and unusual musical vocabulary with guitar, cello, tuba and percussion, the new ways and sound worlds of the songs break with the old conventions, revealing entirely new facets of the 200-year-old works. Nevertheless, the new song arrangements of the four top musicians show love and respect towards the early romantic composer. With much vitality, charm and lightness, but also depth and weight of meaning, "The Erlkings" inspire with songs like "Die Forelle",
